How is the 3% commission calculated?
3% of the agreed FOB value of each confirmed order. Payable by the brand only. Distributors are never charged.
When is commission charged?
Only when an order is confirmed. Not on introductions, sample requests, or negotiations. Commission applies only when a deal completes.
What if a deal falls through?
No commission is charged on cancelled or rejected orders. You only pay when value is actually exchanged.
Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum. The 3% commission applies to all confirmed orders regardless of size.
Do distributors pay anything?
Never. Distributors join and use YES Platform completely free of charge, forever.
What happens after the Founding Member deadline?
Founding Members keep free access permanently, with no subscription ever. New registrations after 24 July 2026 may be subject to subscription fees.
